Description The iCycler thermal cycler with 96 x 0.2 ml reaction module is used for nucleic acid amplification (PCR) applications. It is equipped with an interchangeable 96-well reaction module (15-100 microliter samples) that is compatible with optical modules for real-time PCR and features temperature monitoring and control by algorithm, block, or in-sample probe. It includes the iCycler base with 96 x 0.2 ml reaction module, in-sample temperature probe (0.2 ml tube size), PCR tubes, power cord, quick reference card, and instructions. Dimensions are 26.4 x 54.6 x 23 cm.
