White lyophilized solid. PROTECT FROM LIGHT. PACKAGED UNDER INERT GAS. A cell-permeable, reversible inhibitor of γ-secretase. Equipotently inhibits the release of Aβx-40 (ED50 = 2.6 μM) and Aβx-42 (ED50 = 2.7 μM) in HEK293 cells stably transfected with the Amyloid Precursor Protein Swedish mutants. Purity: ≥95% by HPLC.. Soluble in DMSO. M.W. 402.5.
