  • Lyophilized Standard Diluent: 3 mL
  • Primary Antibody: 150 microL of 50X concentrate
  • Secondary Antibody-HRP: 30 microL of concentrate
  • OPD Substrate: 20 mgs 2 x 10 mg tablets
  • OPD Substrate Diluent: 2 x 12 mLs
  • Peroxide: 3% H2O2: 100 uL
