Description The Zero Background Cloning Kit includes the pZErO-1 vector with Zeocin resistance for selection in E. coli. The pZErO-1 vector utilizes positive selection to eliminate high background. The small size of the Zeocin resistance gene reduces the overall vector size for increased ligation and transformation efficiencies. The kit contains all of the reagents you need for simple cloning and analysis of your insert.
