Description The tubing prep station, 100-120 V, is used to coat the inner wall of tubing with DNA-coated gold particles to create the source of the DNA that enters target cells by helium discharge with the Helios gene gun. The station includes a tubing support cylinder, power cord, O-rings, tubing prep unit, 12 foot Nalgene nitrogen regulator hose, two 0.1875 inch barb-to-male Luer-Lok fittings, nitrogen flowmeter fitting, 2.125 inch barb-to-male Luer-Lok fitting, one 0.078125 Allen wrench, and a 10 ml syringe holder. The dimensions of the station are 85 x 10 cm.
