Description TriEx Sf9 Cells and TriEx Insect Cell Medium are recommended for protein expression from pTriEx baculovirus constructs. This cell/medium combination has been selected based on rapid, vigorous cell growth and high protein expression levels observed specifically with baculoviruses derived from the pTriEx-1.14 vectors. Please note that our Ready-Plaque Sf9 Cells and BacVector Insect Cell Medium are recommended for initial transfection, plaque assays, and generation of virus stocks.
