Description Target Retrieval Solution, High pH, Concentrated x 10

This pH 9.9 solution is intended for heat-induced target retrievel prior to immunohistochemical staining procedures. It is for use on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections mounted on glass slides. For particular antigens, target retrieval at high pH, 9.9, is especially effective. It should be noted that also endogenous biotin is effectively demasked. This may require the use of a non-biotin-based visualization system, such as Dako EnVision™+, or, alternatively, biotin blocking using Dako Biotin-Blocking System, X0590.
