Description T7Select Packaging Extracts are optimized for maximum packaging efficiencies of T7Select vectors ligated with insert. The high efficiency extracts (> 109 pfu/g with control DNA) make it easy to produce a library containing at least 5 107 recombinant plaques per microgram arms. The extracts are made from a specially designed phage that reduces the non-recombinant cloning background to below 0.1%.
