Description Supercoiled DNA Ladder is suitable for sizing supercoiled DNA from 2 to 16 kb by agarose gel electrophoresis (1). The bands can be visualized by ethidium bromide staining and may also be detected on Southern blots by probing with the pBR322 Beta-lactamase (ampicillin-resistance) gene sequence.
