Description This depletion cocktail is tailored to highly enrich CD4+ T cells from suspensions of non-human primate (Rhesus monkey) cells. Cells are separated using the StemSep compatible 0.5 Tesla) immunomagnetic negative selection system. The CD4+ T cell content of the enriched fraction typically ranges from 93 to 99%.
