Description This depletion cocktail is tailored to highly enrich T cells from suspensions of rat spleen cells. Cells are separated using the StemSep (or compatible 0.5 Tesla) immunomagnetic negative selection system. The T cell content of the enriched fraction typically ranges from 98 to 99%.
