Description This depletion cocktail is tailored to highly enrich CD4+ T cells from suspensions of rat spleen cells. Cells are separated using the StemSep (or compatible 0.5 Tesla) immunomagnetic negative cell selection system. The CD4+ T cell content of the enriched fraction typically ranges from 93 to 99%.
