Description StabilZyme HRP Conjugate Stabilizer is an aqueous solution that contains a purified bovine protein and other non-toxic stabilizing chemicals in a MOPS buffer (3-(N-Morpholino) propanesulfonic acid), pH 6.2 6.7. This product contains a combination of 0.02% methylisothiazolone, 0.02% bromonitrodioxane and 20 ppm Proclin 300 (Rohm and Haas Company) as a preservative. StabilZyme HRP Conjugate Stabilizer is formulated specifically for Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugates in solution and is designed to prevent the loss of catalytic activity and help maintain the conformation of the protein portion of the conjugate. The shelf-life of StabilZyme HRP Conjugate Stabilizer is 2.5 years when stored at 4C. Product samples available upon request.
