Description The kit for stabilizing 50g of purified RNA samples for RT-PCR and microarray analysis. The StabMRT Plus Kit delivers all of the advantages and applications you expect from our StabMRT Kits but in addition the RNA can be used for enzymatic applications such as RT-PCR and microarrays.
  • This product has been optimised for the stabilization of aqueous RNA samples that have been pre-purified and that need to be analyzed by, for example RT-PCR or microarrays.
  • MRT-RNA prepared with a StabMRT Plus Kit can be used for all the usual molecular biology applications including RT-PCR and microarrays, storage, transport, handling, analysis by gel electrophoresis, Agilent Bioanalyser 2100, mass spectrometry, ribonuclease protection assays and Northern blotting.
