Description	SpliceArray is a new generation of microarrays to detect alternative splicing. SpliceArray Service enables you to rapidly elucidate alternatively spliced events in gene families known to be relevant for drug discovery. The service combines ExonHits proprietary splice variant content, patented probe design and customized analysis with Agilents robust microarray platform. The patented array design monitors the expression of alternatively spliced exons that empowers you to investigate disease-associated isoforms at a resolution previously unattainable by microarrays. G-Protein Coupled Receptor (GPCR) and Ion Channel arrays are currently available under the service; arrays of other gene families are to be offered in the coming months. Custom array services are also available.
