ProductsSpinPrep Gel DNA Kit from Novagen
Company Novagen
Item SpinPrep Gel DNA Kit
Price $122.00
Description The SpinPrep Gel DNA Kit enables efficient extraction of DNA fragments from 150 bp to > 12,000 bp in size from agarose gels. The procedure uses GelMelt solution to dissolve the gel slice, followed by adsorption of the DNA to a silica membrane in a spin column format. After a wash step, the purified DNA is eluted in low-salt buffer. Each spin column can bind up to 20 g DNA. Recoveries are consistently in the range of 5090% under standard conditions.
