Description Sphingobeads are designed for protein pull-down experiments to identify and characterize sphingosine binding proteins. An order of Sphingobeads contains 1 mL of agarose beads with 10 nmol of sphingosine bound through the terminus of the alkyl chain; enough for several binding experiments.
