Description CHEMICON's Skeletal Myogenesis Kit provides the reagents to efficiently differentiate mouse C2C12 myoblasts into mature skeletal myotubes. By efficiently promoting myogenic differentiation, the kit is a valuable tool in studies examining myogenesis, transcription factor regulation, and in developing strategies for muscle cell replacement therapy. By providing the means to obtain and maintain a large population of skeletal myotubes, the kit provides a valuable source of cells for multiple applications in the study of muscle biology.
