*SizeSep 400 Spun Columns: For rapid intermediate purification of cDNAs > 400 base pairs in length. -
*Prepacked with Sepharose CL-4B and pre-equilibrated in distilled water containing 0.15% Kathon CG/IcP Biocide.
*Remove all cDNA smaller than ~ 400 base pairs.
*Extremely useful in the construction of size-selected cDNA libraries.
*Provided with TimeSaver cDNA Synthesis Kit.
*cDNA is recovered with little dilution, eliminating the need for ethanol precipitation.
*Separate cDNA from primers, nucleotides, excess adapters and phenol.
*Equilibrate columns with buffer of choice; eluted cDNA can be used directly in the next stage of cDNA synthesis or cloning.
*cDNA is recovered in min.
