Description The SilverQuest Silver Staining Kit is uniquely formulated to give maximal silver staining sensitivity with minimal protein modification for optimal mass spectrometry results. The mass spectrometry problems associated with traditional silver stains are eliminated with the SilverQuest kit because the reagents used do not modify protein side chains and do not interfere with trypsin digestion.
