Description The first high-density serum biomarker chip to profile the relative abundance of cancer serum proteins. An antibody chip containing 120 human cancer serum biomarker-specific antibodies. A research tool that enables biomarker discovery scientists to study panels of biomarkers related to early detection, benefits of therapy and the likelihood of recurrence of cancer. Familiar gene expression chip format allows researchers to pattern serum proteins using two- or one-color fluorescent detection methods. Competitive antibody binding and profiling utilizing the FAST Slide technology, the worlds most accepted surface chemistry for proteomic microarray applications. The chip is scanned with any standard fluorescence scanner.
