Description Agencourt offers SNP loci identification through targeting resequencing. This service includes automated assay design, intensive assay validation/optimization, high throughput PCR setup and sequencing of Corriell or customer-supplied samples and sequence alignment and analysis. Agencourts SNP Discovery service provides for rapid and highly accurate identification of SNP loci. SNPs are identified using a targeted resequencing strategy, fueled by our capacity to sequence over 20 million Phred20 bases per day and our proprietary, fully-automated assay design software.
