Description	SearchLight® Array Analyst Software has been optimized for the analysis of SearchLight® protein arrays. Mathematical algorithms allow the software to quickly and accurately locate and quantify each spot within each well of an ELISA plate or each section of a slide. SearchLight® Array Analyst Software has been customized to incorporate standard ELISA analysis features, including curve fitting, calculation of pg/ml values, mean values, %CV (coefficient of variation), SD (standard deviation), and % backfit for standards. The software organizes the final data output by analyte and by sample, based on user-defined assay templates, making the large amount of information generated with multiplex analysis much easier to manage.
