Description The ScriptCap™ 2'-O-Methyltransferase converts Cap 0 (or Cap 0-like) RNA into Cap 1 mRNA. The Cap 1 structure has been shown to increase in vivo translation efficiency by up to 50%. This improvement is seen in Cap 0 structures created by the ScriptCap™ m7G Capping System as well as those Cap 0 structures created using standard and ARCA cap analogs.
