Description For microsatellite research, the 4300 System features SagaGT, is an advanced genotyping automation software available. SagaGT automates electrophoresis, lane finding, location of standards, calibration of band sizes, and allele scoring.
SagaGT is second generation software developed by LI-COR. Saga 1.0 (Unix) was initially developed at the University of Washington and licensed to LI-COR.
