Description This exceptionally sensitive nucleic acid gel stain has bright fluorescence when bound to dsDNA and low background in gels, making it ideal for detecting dsDNA in gels using laser scanners or standard UV transilluminators. SYBR Green I nucleic acid stain has also found uses in capillary electrophoresis, real-time PCR assays and bandshift assays. A 500 µL unit size (S-7563) and 1 mL unit size (S-7567) are available.
