Description SOS Protein Solubility Service
  • We deliversoluble protein or No Charge to you!
  • New SOS technology yields the best soluble protein results
  • 24 solubility optimization parameters applied on each clone submitted
  • Powerful results on your most insoluble clones
The new protein Solubility Optimization Service (SOS) uses proprietary tools and know-how recently developed at Genlantis to induce solubility or significantly enhance solubility of recombinant proteins expressed in BL21(DE3) cells. The SOS process uses 24 unique conditions per gene in order to find the optimal chemical environment for maximizing soluble protein expression. The SOS program is designed to allow investigators to avoid and/or alleviate the guesswork involved in expressing and optimizing solubility and yield of genes in bacterial cells.

Whats more, if Genlantis cannot make your protein soluble, there will be no charge. That means you can submit your clone for SOS screening at no risk.
