Item SNP Scoring Service
Price Inquire
Description Accurate
To score SNPs, Polymorphic uses proven, validated Sanger dideoxy DNA sequencing, the gold standard in DNA analysis. We use high throughput capillary sequencing instrumentation. The polymorphic locus can be confirmed by sequencing in both directions. The use of DNA sequencing also provides sequence context information, further confirming the location of the polymorphic site.

Rapid turnaround
Assay development is completed in a matter of minutes; the SNP genotyping reactions can be run and analyzed a few days, permitting fast turnaround.

Competitive price
Through process optimization and automation, we have significantly reduced the cost per assay, enabling us to competitively price our SNP genotyping service. There is a 24 sample minimum. Our price is $3.00 per genotype (this includes both directions). $2.00 per genotype for one direction. There is no "redo" charge. We provide a money back guarantee.

Scaleable platform
Our SNP genotyping platform is rapidly scaleable, easily accommodating any size project, from small to very large.

Robust
Polymorphic DNA can provide genotype results for any SNP. Sanger sequencing is universally applicable to all SNPs. Unlike other genotyping technologies, there is no limit to which SNP we can accurately reproducibly score.
