Description The Rotofor purification system, 100-120 V, is used for protein separation and purification by liquid-phase isoelectric focusing (IEF). The system includes both the mini (18 ml) and standard (60 ml) focusing chambers, chassis, harvesting apparatus, cooling finger, electrode chambers, 10 ml Bio-Lyte ampholytes (pH 3-10), 60 ml syringe, colored protein sample, 2 vent buttons, and one each of the two ion exchange membranes (hydrated). Dimensions are 16.5 x 45.7 x 22.8 cm.
