| Description | The ReadyPrep 2-D cleanup kit is a sample preparation kit for reduction of streaking on 2-D gels by removal of detergents, phenolic compounds, salts, and most other ionic contaminants. It also concentrates dilute samples. The kit procedure involves a TCA-like precipitation. Recommended sample sources include mammalian tissue or cells, plant leaves, E. coli, and yeast. The kit includes precipitation reagents, wash reagents, and instructions. Supplied as 50 preps. |
