Description Pierce scientists developed the Easy-Titer Human IgM Assay Kit to address the need for a simple, sensitive, and easy-to-perform assay for Human IgM that eliminates the need for an ELISA. This kit incorporates a simple mix-and-read assay that allows the accurate determination of IgM concentration from 15-500 ng/ml in approximately 30 minutes. The Pierce Easy-Titer Human IgM Assay is an aggregation assay. Low IgM concentrations yield high absorbance values, while high IgM concentrations result in lower absorbance values. The decrease is proportional to IgM concentration and a standard curve can be generated to accurately quantify levels of IgM in a variety of samples.
