Company GeneTex
Item Raji cell line slides ( human: B lymphocyte; Burkitt's lymphoma )
Price $195.00
Description Human Raji cells were cultured in RPMI 1640 medium with 2 mM L-glutamine and harvested at the log phase of growth. In order to keep the antigens in their native forms, cells were fixed in acetone-methanol. The cells are arrayed on a 12-well (5 mm) adhesive coated slide, with each wells surface specifically treated to enhance cellular attachment and to minimize background staining. Each well is loaded with approximately 7. 5 x 103 cells. A follow-up heat dehydration process has been performed to ensure the attachment of cells and the stability of cellular proteins.

Procedures for immunocytochemistry can be directly applied.
