Description S-Adenosyl-Homocysteine.
S-Adenosyl Homocysteine 100% S-Adenosyl Methionine 2.5% Adenosine 0.27% Homocysteine <0.1% Cystathionine <0.1% L-Cysteine <0.1% Glutathione <0.1%XR ELISA Assay: At 8 g/ml in ELISA. Antibody at 1/2500 (final dilution). Plates coated with S-Adenosyl Homocysteine-BSA conjugate (250 ng/well).

Assay Range: 0.1 ug/ml to 1 mg/ml (0.26 M to 2.6 mM)

Sensitivity: around 0.2 ug/ml or 5 ng/well (0.5 M or 12.5 nM/well)
