Description Clone/PAD: ZMD.460. Immunogen: Synthetic peptide derived from the N-terminal region of the human C35 protein (chromosome 17 open reading frame 37 (C17orf37 protein) XTP4. Specificity: Specific for the C35 protein. On Western blots it identifies the target band at ~15 kDa band. Reactivity: Human (positive control: full-length human C35-transfected HEK293-(DYKDDDK or DYKDDDDK) cell lysates). Applications: Western blotting
