Description The RC DC protein assay reagents package is used for determining protein concentration in the presence of reducing agents and detergents. The RC DC protein assay is a colorimetric assay. The package includes reagents sufficient for 500 standard assays: 250 ml RC reagent I, 250 ml RC reagent II, 250 ml alkaline copper tartrate solution, 2 L dilute Folin reagent, and 5 ml surfactant solution.
