Description The RC DC protein assay kit I provides reagents and a protein standard for determining protein concentration in the presence of reducing agents and detergents. The RC DC protein assay is a colorimetric assay. The kit includes reagents and standards sufficient for 500 standard assays: 250 ml RC reagent I, 250 ml RC reagent II, 250 ml alkaline copper tartrate solution, 2 L dilute Folin reagent, 5 ml surfactant solution, and a bovine gamma-globulin standard.
