Description 3′-(α-Amino-p-methoxyhydrocinnamamido)-3′-deoxy-N,N-dimethyladenosine, 2HCl

White to off-white solid. PROTECT FROM MOISTURE. Protein synthesis inhibitor. Inhibits translation by causing premature release of nascent polypeptide chains. Induces DNA fragmentation in thymocytes and in human HL-60 leukemia cells. Purity: ≥98% by TLC. Soluble in H2O. RTECS AU7355000, CAS 58-58-2, M.W. 544.4.
