Description This kit allows for rapid, convenient, and efficient Denatured protein concentration following PAGE. The simple bind/wash/elute process utilizes a spin column to make handling easy. The kit uses beads for concentration of proteins which were electro-eluted in their Denatured condition. The beads are strong ion exchangers, offering high binding capacity fo all pH values. Minimum starting volum is 0.5 uL, maximum volume is 700 uL and recovery is >95%. The kit is sterile and ready for use
