Description Fully automated, GLP-compliant Facility , Galaxy LIMS, Sophisticated Bioinformatics , Proprietary primer design software , Highly experienced scientists We offer individual sample sequencing of PCR products, plasmid inserts or full plasmids for single or double strand publication quality. Primer walking is used when the DNA of interest is 1.3 to 7 kilobytes long. Universal or custom primers are used at either end of the sample. As the sequence becomes known, new primers are designed and the strand is sequenced step by step.
