Description Source of colony stimulating factors for assays of mouse hematopoietic progenitors from bone marrow, spleen, blood and fetal liver. Suitable for the growth of mouse BFU-E, CFU-M, CFU-G and CFU-GEMM when added to methylcellulose at a final concentration of 2-5%, with addition of erythropoietin. Will also support growth of mouse IL-3 dependent cell lines at a final concentration of 2-5%.
