Description Highly-purified, endotoxin-free plasmid DNA preparations are prepared from customers high-copy (pUC) plasmids in quantities from 1mg to multi-gram scales. Small-scale (1-100mg) as well as large-scale (100mg-multi-gram) preparations are made according to customer specifications. Each preparation is formulated according to customer needs, and glycerol stocks are maintained to facilitate future ordering.

Specifications: Endotoxin removed (<0.1EU/mcg) Provided at a concentration range 0.2-1.0mg/ml (in TE buffer) Delivery five to fifteen working days after receipt OD260/280= 1.8-2.0
