Description Highly-purified, endotoxin-free plasmid DNA preparations are prepared from customers high-copy (pUC) plasmids in quantities from 1mg to multi-gram scales. Each preparation is formulated according to customer needs, and glycerol stocks are maintained to facilitate future ordering.

Transformation, clonal selection (Clonal selection includes screening colonies for super-coiled monomer prior to preparation of glycerol stock.) and glycerol stock preparation Storage (up to two years) Endotoxin-free reagents and procedures Lot sample archiving Custom formulation Large scale certificate of analysis Final endotoxin (LAL) assay
