Company USB Corp.
Item Phosphodiesterase I
Price
Description Source: Crotalus adamanteus venom
Description:
Phosphodiesterase I (venom exonuclease) is widely used in studying nucleic acid structure and sequence(1). It hydrolyzes 5'-mononucleotides from 3'-hydroxy-terminated ribo-oligonucleotides and deoxyribo-oligonucleotides(2). Phosphodiesterase I cleaves ADP-ribosylated proteins at the pyrophosphate linkages to yield phosphoribosyl-AMP(3).
