Description PhosphoSafe Extraction Reagent extracts cytosolic proteins from mammalian and insect cells while preserving their phosphorylation state. The reagent, an enhancement of the CytoBuster Protein Extraction reagent, includes four phophatase inhibitors. PhosphoSafe is compatible with Western blotting, immunoprecipitations, and kinase assays.
