Description Novagens PhageMaker System is optimized for maximum packaging efficiencies of cDNA and genomic DNA inserts ligated with any bacteriophage l vector. Using a test insert with Novagen's l vector arms, efficiencies > 10^7 pfu/g arms (> 4 x 10^8 pfu/g ligated l control DNA) are typically obtained. This one-tube system is extremely easy to use; simply add up to 5 g of ligated vector plus insert to the extract and incubate at room temperature for 2 hours.
