Description	The Partec Cell Counter Analyser counts cells based on specific fluorescence labelling such that the CCA detects only cells, so that other non cellular particles do not influence the results. While passing through a 250 m square quartz cuvette each cell emits a fluorescence light signal which is used as a counting signal and information about the particular cytochemical property of each cell. The CCA performs true volumetric absolute counting for the most accurate determinations of cell concentration possible by flow cytometry.
