Description This PTC-100 thermal cycler holds 96 x 0.2 ml tubes or a 96-well microplate. Hot Bonnet heated lid incorporates a thumbwheel to adjust height and pressure to tightly seal PCR vessels for oil-free cycling. Peltier heat pumps produce uniform, accurate temperatures with NIST-traceable calibration and ramping rates of up to 1.4 degrees C per second. Cycler comes with 8 preprogrammed protocols. Footprint measures 24 x 28 cm (W x D).
