Description The PATH™ Protein Microarray Slide features an ultra-thin nitrocellulose coating for multiplex immunoassays. The PATH™ Slide is the first protein microarray slide to provide the many benefits of nitrocellulose in a thin film with low background fluorescence providing excellent signal-to-noise ratios.

The PATH™ Slide can be used for a variety of assays, such as sandwich immunoassays, capture immunoassays, protein profiling and protein characterization. Guidelines are provided for a typical fluorescence-based sandwich immunoassay; however, optimization may be necessary for specific experimental systems. These slides are provided ready to use and contain an etched barcode and accompanying numbers allowing easy identification of the printable side.
