Description The Agilent One-Color RNA Spike-In Kit contains in vitro synthesized, polyadenylated transcripts that specifically anneal only to complementary control probes on Agilents microarrays, with minimal self- or cross-hybridization. The spike-ins serve as a positive microarray control in the hybridization protocol.
* NOTE: This kit is a required component of the Agilent One-Color Gene Expression platform.

* Spike Mix, 10 L
* Dilution Buffer, 1.2 mL
