Description The MyiQ detection system is used for single-color real-time detection using SYBR Green I, FAM, VIC, TET, or JOE fluorophores and features a real-time PCR thermal gradient, simultaneous collection of fluorescence data from 96 wells, a gene expression macro for relative quantitation, and customizable end-point analysis. The system includes the optical module and optical power supply, SYBR Green I and FAM filter set, software CD-ROM, 96-well 0.2 ml thin-wall PCR plates, optical-quality sealing tape, communication cable, power cord, and instructions.
